Rates

We pride ourselves in being able to analyze each project and provide a competitive quotation tailored to meet your needs and budget. Quotations are based on either a Monthly Retainer Package, Hourly or Per Project basis.

Monthly Retainer Package Rates: You will find it beneficial and more cost-effective to secure our services with a discounted monthly retainer package, as it guarantees that we will set aside those hours specifically for you every month. You can choose from any of the following packages or we can customize one that is just right for you and your needs.

Hourly Rates: Hourly rates work best if you have small to mid-size project needs to delegate. Our hourly rate starts at $30. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Per Project Rates: Per Project rates are most economical if you have larger project needs to delegate. Rates will vary, as each project is unique. Please contact us to discuss your specific needs.

Policies

  • A signed contract agreement is required prior to commencement of work. Contract will be signed based on the estimated cost (actual cost may differ).
  • Assignments or projects requiring completion in less than 24 hours and/or weekend/holiday service will be billed at an additional 25% of the normal rate.
  • Additional charges including photocopying, postage and shipping, long distance phone charges, special software purchase (requested by client), etc. will be billed to client.
  • A fee will be charged for all checks returned due to insufficient funds.
  • Monthly Retainer Packages: Retainer fees are due prior to commencement of work and thereafter on the 1st of every month; unused retainer hours are non-refundable and will not be carried forward; additional hours will be billed at the same hourly discounted rates.
  • Hourly and Per Project: Hours are billed in 15-minute increments with a one-hour minimum required, unless otherwise specified; a 50% deposit on the signed contract agreement is required prior to commencement of work with the remainder to be paid in full prior to delivery of the completed project.
  • 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEE: We stand behind our work and will immediately correct any errors free of charge (corrections that are required due to insufficient information or lack of communication by the client will be billed at an hourly rate).
